The RadioCorp broadcast group is composed of five (5) Filipino owned broadcasting companies, with congressional franchises, namely : Radio Corporation of the Philippines (RadioCorp) ; Philippine Radio Corporation (PhilRadio); Radio Audience Developers Integrated Organization, Inc. ( RADIO Inc.); Beacon Communications Systems Inc. (BCSI) and Radyo Pilipino Corporation (Radyo Pilipino), which own 24 radio station licenses in key areas nationwide. Franchises of the above companies include authority to operate radio stations, television stations, satellite and cable TV anywhere in the Philippines.

Its current operational stations are mostly pioneer AM radios located in key areas in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Its flagship FM station DWXT in Tarlac City is No.1 in the ratings for more than 10 straight years, thereby making it remarkably profitable. Its AM stations in Dagupan, Lucena, Bacolod, Dumaguete, Cebu, Cagayan de Oro and Butuan enjoy vast listenership ratings.

Amidst present challenges in the broadcast industry, these radio stations have managed to survive and operate independently through the years. RadioCorp station managers have been trained to develop their entrepreneurial skills in managing their respective profit centers. The key to the sustainability of these provincial stations has been its focus on local revenue generation by offering its airtime to local blocktime buyers and local government units.

In order to further diversify and expand its business interests, the RadioCorp Group has embarked on establishing and operating community television stations (free TV) in the countryside. Initially, RadioCorp shall put up local television stations in Tarlac City, Lucena City, San Jose Occidental Mindoro, Dumaguete City and Surigao City.
